Residential

In New England, our homes get dirty for a few reasons; lack of sun, change of season, and humidity. These will all lead to the growth of green algae, mildew, black mold, and dirt on the exterior of your home. If your home exterior is showing signs of dirtiness, there is only one simple solution – it needs a professional house washing service. Our soft washing service alleviates the need for a conventional “power washing” which only uses high pressure water to blast the dirt off potentially damaging the vinyl siding on your home.

To clean your home, we use our soft washing cleaning method that mixes eco-friendly soap and a high volume of water to softly remove unsightly algae, dirt, mold, and mildew buildup from your home, that is gently applied and rinsed off to protect your home and to keep it looking clean for longer.

Soft Washing

We use a soft washing service that protects your home and keeps it looking new and clean. Our safe, low pressure soft washing cleaning methods use a mix of eco-friendly soap and a high volume of water that replaces the conventional “power washing” method, which only uses high pressure water to blast the dirt off potentially damaging the vinyl siding on your home. After using our soft washing cleaning method, we gently rinse off all the soap and water on your home with a high volume of fresh water.

We are also extremely careful of your landscaping and will not damage any of your mulch, flower beds, plants, or grass!

Roof Washing

Black streaks, mildew, and mold on roofs are quite common in New England, but did you know that these streaks are actually a living bacteria called Gloeocapsa Magma that is eating away at your shingles and reducing your energy efficiency, and roof’s life span? Cleaning your roof can prolong the life of your shingles and increase your curb appeal.

To clean your roof, we use our soft washing system with our specialized treatment, and water. This will help eliminate the Gloeocapsa Magma (black streaks), mold, mildew, and moss buildup that is on your roof. This process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to see the full results depending on the local rain forecast. Our treatment requires a few days to dry out the moss and mildew. Then, the rain will rinse away any residue left on the roof. Not only will your roof look new, but it will become a more efficient roof again!

Decks

Wood and vinyl decks (such as Trex decking) are exposed to the New England weather elements every day. This can cause discoloration as well as dirt, mold, and mildew build up.

To wash your deck, we apply our eco-friendly soap that breaks down all the grime. Then, we softly rinse with a high volume of water using either our spray gun or Pressure Tek surface cleaner (depending on the surface being cleaned) to leave your deck looking new!

Fences

Much like your deck, wood and vinyl fences are prone to discoloration, mold, and mildew build up. We use a mix of our soft washing service and classic power wash to apply our eco-friendly soap that will rejuvenate your fence, leaving it looking new!

Pool Decks & Patios

We can keep your pool deck and/or patio clean this summer! A combination of dirt and algae on concrete and stone surfaces can be slippery and un-safe when wet. Our Pressure Tek surface cleaners lift and remove dirt, algae, and grime. Not only will this make your stone surface look new, but will provide a safe pool and patio area!

Wood Restoration

We offer a wood cleaning for previously sealed or stained surfaces as general maintenance.

We are also well versed in the restoration of unfinished wood surfaces of all types of common wood materials, cedar siding and shakes as well as exotic hardwoods with results that bring the appearance back to a new or near new look depending on the current conditions of the wood surface.  We concentrate on using the lowest pressure necessary to ensure that the process is as noninvasive to the wood as is possible.
